Are both group and private classes offered?
We offer both types of classes based on your schedule and instructor availability.
How many people will be in a group class?
The class generally ranges in 15 to 30 people. The larger that the class is, the more instructors are there to help out.
Will my class include beginners?
Yes. There are generally beginners in every class. The advanced students are always happy to help other classmates get on their way.
Do you offer help with nutritional habits?
We will go over nutrition tips and tricks in class, but you can also schedule your own, personal appointment with an instructor for going over your detailed questions.
Is your class fitness kickboxing a cardio class?
Our class is not a punch the air; follow the leader type of class. It is more of a well-balanced work out that consists of both resistance training and cardio to help with toning muscle and burning fat over a short period of time.
Will the fitness kickboxing class help with toning up?
The strong combination that we offer for resistance, cardio and a great diet will help you to get toned up very quickly.
How many classes should I attend each week?
We have classes throughout the week, so that amount that you choose to work out will be based upon your personal schedule. A lot of our members will train one to three times each week to get great results.
Why not just do cardio instead of getting into Fayetteville Fitness Kickboxing?
You could always do just cardio, however if you do not have the right level of resistance training, you are never going to see the results that you want in a timely manner. Cardio is always an important piece of any puzzle for fat loss, but you also must develop the lean muscle tissue when you want to be a fat melting machine. The best way to do that is through quality resistance training, which is where our kickboxing class comes in. We combine resistance and cardio into a major workout that is fun and rewarding.
Do I have to get into shape prior to starting your class?
There are a lot of people who are misunderstood in thinking they have to be in shape prior to getting into kickboxing training. This is completely untrue. The classes are designed to give members the ability to really train at their own pace while giving each advanced student new opportunities to tackle a challenge.
Roughly how long do kickboxing classes last?
Our classes last approximately 60 minutes.

Is there childcare offered at the Fayetteville Fitness Kickboxing?
We are not currently offering cares for children within our studios.
What are the class and membership prices?

Is there a minimum age for taking classes?
You must be at least 13 years of age to take classes.
Are the classes at Fayetteville Fitness Kickboxing co-ed?
Yes! However, many classes will contain roughly 90% females. Everyone is welcome to work out with us.
Can you attend any classes at multiple locations once you have a Fayetteville Fitness Kickboxing membership?
No. All of our locations are owned individually.
