“My favorite thing about FFK is the class atmosphere. I have always been someone who worked out on their own and having other people working with you and encouraging you makes the workout that much better. It’s about pushing yourself past what you think you can do and having coaches/peers there to push and encourage you has made a huge difference in my personal gains. I leave feeling accomplished and know that I can do more today than I could yesterday.”
“For me, my favorite accomplishment is the strength that I have gained through kickboxing. It’s a great feeling when someone compliments my strength and the look of awe(I think that’s the word I’m looking for) they have when I tell them I kickbox. I’m not going to lie, it’s a great feeling to hear the “pop” of a bag when I’m working through a combination. I now have a confidence about me in the way I look and what I know I can push myself to do. It’s a great feeling to be strong!
